USA 92 Camry (190k) with a lot of work ahead.

Hi all, newbie here with major work ahead:
  1. Radiator blew all over the inside of engine compartment (cracked along top near rad cap). New rad came UPS today and got new hoses from Checker.
  2. Need to drop tranny pan and flush a/t fluid.
  3. Have huge oil leak from classic back right corner, so I'm gonna change out oil pan gasket, oil pump gasket and o-ring, timing belt, water pump, and all other seals that come in the timing belt kit.
QUESTION: What should I do first, in what order and should I do them all at once or piece by piece to make sure I don't screw up one thing and then another?

Back right corner?

Fix the radiator. Remove the passenger tire, start engine and watch for oil leaks on the lower portions of the timing belt cover. If the oil pump seal oil will start dripping down.

Trans pan and radiator are easy fixes. Timing belt, etc is much more time consuming.
