Eibach springs make a noise?

2000 v6 with eibach springs... at first everything seemed to be juuust fine, but now i get this "tig tig" sound everytime i drive over anything from a little rock to a bump.
i checked the car, everything seems to be fine, everything's bolt tight and all those rubbery bits that go under the car seem to be intact

could it be the springs them selves?

I'm new to toyotas, but going from general experience, worn out or simply aged rubber (bushings, mounts) makes those kinda of creaking noises, especially when it's freezing out (was it when you started hearing the noise?) Did it get better when the engine warmed up?

i took the car to a mechanic, all those rubbery things were good, also, it's never cold here so "freezing...etc" aint the problem!

i'll check those so called "insulators"
