3rd Generation Where is Valet Switch? 1996 Camry

For as long as I can remember, my security *Chirp* has been on the fritz. Most of the time it never works. Occasionaly, it works a few times in a row - but those bouts are always random. I looked up how to reset the chirp feature on ToyotaNation and the most common answers was:

Put key in ignition
Turn valet switch on/off three times
Hear Chrip
Hold Unlock button until beep
Turn valet switch on/off one more time
Remove key in off pos.

So, my hopes are when I head out to the parking lot this afternoon, I'll be able to try these exact steps. However, I have absolutely no idea where this infamous valet-switch is. When I bought the car back in 2002 I was told it had a Valet Key - which cant open the Glove-Box and Trunk. Figured nothing of it and have lived my life normally.

If anyone has a photo or good description of where the Valet Switch is located, if you could please show me or tell me that would be wonderful. If I cant find it, it's not the end of the world... I just mis my chirp :-D Although, I often play a game that if the car does Chrip, it's happy.

Other info on my car: 1996 Camry LE Collector Edition. Bought at 170,000miles for short change - now has over 275,000miles. Power Steering Fluid Pump replaced, Both CV-joints replaced, Timing belt replaced 2x, Exhaust rebuilt, rest is stock. Hoping to get to 300,000 (and the security chirp will totally add another year to this car's life!)
