lol that's pretty badass. Very very curious to hear the lope with 264s on a 5sfe and to see how the powerband shifts.

No Prob, Sorry I kinda figured you were joking.

Those are the Camshafts, which controll how much and for how long the valves open.

A toyota 16 valve 4 cylinder has two intake and two exhaust valves per cylinder. One cam is for the intake valves and one is for the exhaust valves.

www.howstuffworks.com has cool animations of how they work in the internal combusion engine section.

Probably the best addition you can make on the 5sfe head. Good one!

I am very curious as well to see both effects of these cams. It's just been cold here I MN(I just heard thunder), so I haven't been in the garage much. Waiting for more parts to be dropped at my back door. Then I'll start ripping apart the engine and start ceramic coating some things....

Ted Componets in Canada. Richard the manager there is good stuff. It took me a good time to get these made. I started this last summer, inorder to make these you need rev 2 cams so from a 94-01 5sfe(more material on these cams) Richard may be working on a 5sfe performance program, but he told me it won't be cheap. As far as price..... Let's just say webcams or coltcams 600usd for cams is a rip...
