3rd Generation Latest problems with the 92 Camry

Okay guys, I was driving a 96 V6 for the past couple of months and the 92 was parked all that time with a flat tire. I got the tires changed to All-Seasons (winters were on b4).. and suddenly I hear this loud noise as if some metal is rubbing off another piece.. and another noise when turning the wheel that is not loud but can hear it. Two different problems or one? and yes these two noises occur when I turn left/right.

Also, when I accelerate, I hear another unfamiliar noise. Like whistle type of noise, when gears change it changes tone..etc (f1 style LOL)

Any tips, advice is welcome!

The turning noise might be signs of front control arms on the wheels and cv joints going out soon.

Whistling might be from air filter of intake check the air filter box out.

Rubbing Noise

Had a similar noise and it turned out to be the thin metal shield that sits behind the brake disc. Someone must have bumped it when the wheel was off. I bent is back with my hand and all was quiet again.
