Front strut v6 vs. 4

So quick question.
What happens when you put a front strut/spring from a 4 into a v6?

you get a lower drop in the front than you otherwise would with the combo installed on a 4banger

Cuz the v6 weight more than I4, and since the rear fender of our car is cut lower than front fender, that would give a balance drop overall IMO.

That's what I figured. Need to temp replace one of my fronts until I can afford to redo my suspension, but all I keep finding are 4 cyl ones.

Thanks all. Got a set of front springs/struts from an I4 that looked in pretty good shape. Front is sitting the same, but we'll see if it'll settle or not. The ride on them is superb though. Whole front end feels tight now and rides a hell of a lot better. Bad strut out and I think the other one was starting to go as well. All is good though so far until I can get the suspension all redone.
