2000 Power Window Help

Hello all, 1st post.
Working on my Fathers 2000 Camry , drivers front window.
Replaced the window motor, was working fine for 10 or so cycles.
Before I replaced the door panel the window stopped working , now its stuck in the up position.
It's not the switch as I have power to the motor for both directions as needed.
How do I get the window back down to remove the motor / regulator?
I did search but didn't find anything.
