Can't you use the Energy Suspension Universal Sway Bar Bushings? Looks like they have a 18mm and 17.5mm (11/16") set. If those will work, see if yer local parts store might have those in stock. I found them at AutoZone but I'm not sure if Advance Auto, O'Reilly's, NAPA, or Checker's will have them as well.

Yeah, I've been there already. Those bushings are just not the right shape to fit in the brackets. I'll try contacting Whiteline, and just squeeze the old bushings in for now.

Trust me. I brought the OEM rubber bushing to the auto parts store to physically compare the two. The energy suspension stuff is just not the right shape to fit the Toyota bracket.

Then don't use the Toyota bracket. Use the Energy Suspension bracket.
Had to do that to the front sway bars on my T-100. The factory brackets were too small fer the new bushings...but the new ES brackets fit just fine.
Unless one of the mounting tabs of the energy suspension bracket can stretch to twice it's normal length, and bend into a similar shape of the factory bracket, it will not fit. Have you seen how the factory bracket is shaped?
