Neutral Safety Switch on 94 Camry NSS from bottom or top?
Need to R&R the Neutral Safety Switch today on a 4 Cyl, 94 Toyota Camry. Been nothing but headaches. Have read and printed threads on removing, and cleaning, and their successes.
Should this be done from the top? only?, should I conside working some from the bottom up? Most people only talk about moving the AT dipstick, and or the other Device that sits next to the battery (Air xxxx).
Also cleaning the NSS and using dielectric. What would you recommend for cleaning the inside. I took another one I had apart, and can see how gunked up they can get. Any grease cleaner work ok? Then the dielectric, should I just put a little on all the COPPER surfaces of the contacts. No need to use too much right?
