Sounds to me like there's a problem with voltage getting from the head unit to the amps and the antenna, signaling them to turn on. Could be the head unit itself, or the wiring going to those two devices. I'd check the wires going to them. Both of them failing is a clue; I doubt the head unit would fail in two ways at the same time.
