Need part number for snap-in wire tie

I have a 1999 Toyata Camry 4 cyl. Recently, I broke one of the wire harness ties that snap into the upper timing belt cover.

This is not one of the ties that is held onto the cover by one of the bolts that attach the cover to the engine.

This tie snaps into a slot on the timing belt cover and it holds the wire that leads to the cam sensor.

Does anyone know what the part number is for this plastic snap in wire harness tie??

The dealer says he cannot find the part number.

If you look at the exploded diagram on page 16 of http://www.camrystuff.com/manuals/Ge...hanical_I4.pdf , I assume you're referring to the do-dads labelled "wire clamp" just to the right of the upper timing belt cover? You'd think parts counter guy would be able to find those on his computer, since he's got an exploded diagram to work with. Complete pain to do so with the lamer parts lookup interface most dealerships expose online.
