Question 4 Cyl Engine blowby

I have a 93 4 cylinder camry with 141K miles that seems to have a lot of blowby coming from the oil fill cap when I pull it off while the engine is idleing. Is this normal?

I am not having any other problems, no oil leaks, no oil consumption, no valve noise. I was originally thinking it might be a head gasket but I am not convinced its abnormal. THe PVC seems to be functioning normally though I will put a new one on today just cause its cheap. I will try to pick up a compression tester this week but since I'm not using any oil or blowing smoke I don't really think that is the problem.

Any thoughts or experience on what might be causing this or if its normal would be appreciated.

run some seafoam in your oil for a few hundred miles. Your rings might just be stuck and not sealing properly.I remember doing that to a p.o.s. Honda i had and the blow-by was dramatically reduced.
