Need Help on seat motor

My 99 camry's seat has stopped raising and lowering. The power seat does move forward and back but when I try to raise it, it sounds like an air pump. Seems like its trying but doesn't move.

i've checked and can't see any obstructions. Anyone else had this problem?
Seems like I have to replace the seat motor, but which one controls up/down?

Thanks, mine was just stuck in the up position. I took at 14mm socket and turned the bolt manually and the seat lowered slightly. Then the power seat function was able to work fine.
