Urgent Tire/rim Help Needed!!!

I just put some new 17" rims on my car and now there's a horid grinding noise when I drive.
One of the tires is slightly rubbing but thats all I could see.
I rechecked to see if all lugs were tightened and they were.

Can someone explain what this noise is? Its nerve racking to say the least.
is it normal? What does it mean? I'm not using stock lugs either.

Is it dangerous, if so, what can I do?

Its hard to tell but seems like its mainly from the rears..
specs are 17x7 and 17x7.5.
Tires are 225/15 and 215/15.

Not sure how to read tire sizes but I think those are corresponding rim sizes?
