Oil on Spark plug #3 2000 camry

Oil on spark plug therads for an 2000 camry with 180757 miles on it what needs to be replaced and is it $$$$?

Changing spark plugs today along with oil and other items to get car ready for emissions check and found oil on threads for cylinder number 3 and 4 all spark plugs however were excessively black but it had been a while since they been changed. What could it be? Is my dd and need it back on the road.

Actually the first picture shows a fairly normal tip in the combustion chamber. It's probably just the valve cover grommet leaking. See DMZ's link to a prior discussion.

No, it's not going to be $$$$. It's ~$15+shipping and a few dabs of RTV ($3-4) on the semi-circular plugs on the cylinder head. You maybe able to borrow the large socket from a local parts store's free loaner tool program.

I have another question for you lol how would u go about trying to get out a broken spark plug out the tube it broke while trying to take it out. Since the wire decided the top of it wanted to stay with the spark plug.
