4th Generation Drum to Disk Swap Q's and Problem

I completed the drum to disc swap roughly a few months ago however recently I've been having some problems with the e/brake functioning properly. For one reaon or another the e/brake pads appear to be grabbing the rear disk ever so slightly then though the e/brake is not pulled or up as I rarely use it. In testing the e/brake when the wheels were pulled off, the whole assembly shifts to the right when the e/brake was pulled. I'm trying to figure out why this is happening as I dont believe it should. All components should remain stationary with the exception of the 2 e/brake pads spreading outward to bite against the rotor. I've adjusted the cable a few different times both under the center console and with the rotor pulled off but the problem seems to return. I was thinking possible the springs holding the two ebrake pads (one on each side) are weak and need to be replaced. Could I somehow be missing a spring or part? Suggestions Anyone?

Nice ksports, as far as your problem goes I used to have a complete guide with a troubleshooting section for doing the drum to disc swap, however I can't find it. I'll keep looking and if it turns up I'll let you know.

I know there used to be a great DIY on the swap a while back. Very useful information. What makes this so weird is that only the passenger rear side has the problem of the entire assembly moving around while the rear driver side doesnt for one reason or another...
