What's a fair price?

I have decided to let my Camry spread it's wings and be adopted by another caring and loving family. Just one problem....what is a fair price for the car since it is not in mint condition. Here are the details...first the bad.....

1. passenger side rear window relay is bad....the window doesn't work
2. passenger side front door window trim (the chrome trim) has broken a clip and pushes out a little bit
3. the car got backed into twice at my old apartment....once on the rear driver quarter and also the hood has a small mark on the lip right above the grill leaving the hood with a rattle at every flippin bump you hit
4. the egr valve is doin' it's thing that a lot of Camrys have a problem with....."low EGR flow" code is being thrown

Now the good.....

the car is very clean inside and out, new tires, recent brake service, tranny/diff service, throttle body cleaned, front strut mounts replaced.....128k on the clock.....all the original books and records of service are provided from the last two years since I have had the car

Is $3500.00 a fair price to ask for the car?

Since you didn't give much info, I'll assume it's a base model '92 Camry, in which case, that is too much.

$3500 is reasonable for that rig in that condition. I think you're leaving money on the table, 'tho -- IMHO, $4000 wouldn't be out of line. Depends on local market conditions.
