Still No Spark Still code 12

I have a 94 Camry le 5S-FE it is throwing a dtc 12. I have done everything except for trying another ECM. I have battery voltage at my ign. coil when I am told there is only suppose to be 9.6V at the coil.I want to know if there is anything I can do to bypass this resistor and make it throw a spark? The distributor, igniter, rotor, cap, wires and plugs are all brand new.

Which terminal of the coil? The ignition switch side should be battery voltage when the ignition switch is on (it's connected more-or-less directly to the battery). The ignitor side of the primary side of the coil is going to vary, depending on whether or not the ECM is trying to fire the coil. The diagram at Autozone is generic -- since, in other posts, you claim to have the FSM, you should be using the layout and wiring diagram from that.

Kind of neither here nor there, 'tho -- the DTC you're getting isn't influenced by the coil -- it's all about the signal from the pickup coil in the distributor, and whether or not that signal is being seen by the ECM.

I'm going to have to go back through your posts to figure out what you've already tried, since they're scattered to hellandgone.

I do have all of the repair manuals.what do you mean which side of the coil?? The wire going to the distributor that plugs into the coil has 12V with the key turned on.
Isn't it only suppose to have 9.6V?

Will a distributor from a 93 Celica GT fit in my 94 Camry LE? I dont remember my original distributor having 3 pickup coils. The new distributor that i have now has 3, and it never started with this distributor yet.

When I jump the yellow and black wires off on the ecm end, and check the resistance at the distributor connector I get 0.004.I get the same resistance when I jump off the red and blue wires. What does this mean?0.004 means that there is no break in the wires?

I don't know what i did, but I checked the connectors and everything again and now when I jump off TE1 and E1 the check engine light just flashes. It still doesn't throw a spark.Even with the distributor connector unplugged, it just flashes no codes.
