3rd Generation Spotted a Tom's camry in a movie????

So I'm sitting here watching Thunderbolt with Jackie Chan and I'm watching the track race at the end when he's driving the ralliart 3000gt and I spotted a 95 camry, sceptor,v30 or w/e, painted with the Tom's paint scheme and seems to be track ready. I thought i would share with my TN brothers. Also if you want to see some nice jap cars just watch this film, its loaded with them. in the beginning you see a Celica all-trac, several supras, r32s, evos, everything.

^ ^ ^
in the above link you can get a good look at the front and sides of it, with toyota and castrol written on the hood at 6.26.

-----------
In this vid you can see it sliding off the track into the dirt
the camera is fixed on it at 38 seconds.

Nice find, but you should really refer to these as "Japanese" cars, not "jap" cars. There was a thread locked because of this a few days ago.

Sorry if Jap is being taken in the wrong way, I just shortened the word, no racist here. Also if you watch part 10 i think around 4 minutes you can see the white one drift around a corner lol

hi there, im new here just like the others. Im building a project car "camry 94" and im doing a bit of a research about the swap, 3sgte is one of a popular selection in camry or just turbo it "5sfte". But somehow to add some confiousion, i want to frankenstein 3sgte+5sfe, witch they say that use the head from 3sgte and the block is 5sfe.

A friend of mine give me a st165 head witch is im not familiar off, is this will do fit in 5sfe block? And things get interesting when im trying to find out witch is good TRANSMIISION should i use without to much modification to do. I heard that the LSD 3sgte will do a job but there is some thing you should do to fit in camry witch is that is my concern of knowing about. And some say V6 camry manual tranny will do a better job and not needed to modified coz its in camry "still wanna know the catch"

I know some of you might know and have done this swap or know that trick of it please i need your help coz i really need this for a upcoming month to get done.

Buy a 3sgte instead sw20 with LSD tranny or use the head st165 that i have and do a frankenstein or 5sfte,
Coz i wanna hit 350hp atleast and still reliable, witch one do you think i should go? And road worthy even though will eat gas. I just want to have one camry that will go and show.

Thanks for your help in advance

Start your own thread, and use the search function, you'll get plenty of answers then.
