Wanted your input on my stupidy

Hey everyone, this is my first post and I'm hoping someone can point me in the right direction. Well during December I had was warming up my car which is a 94' I4 LE. I was being dumb and wanted to warm the car up faster so I started to rev the engine, then something blew. The noise sounded like something pinging around in the engine, but it still ran so I decided to drive it home which was a few blocks away. It drove, didn't feel like it had the power it should have (which obviously makes sense because I broke something) and when I got home I realized it was leaking oil. It starts but runs really rough and still has that bad sound coming from the engine. I have another car and have been using that but want to fix my Camry; it was my first car and I don't want to sell it. Anyway I wanted to know what you guys think might be the problem. I know what I did was stupid, but would appreciate any input you guys might have. Forgot to add that the car has 194,000 just to give you some context. Thanks in advance.

I'd say rodnock, which is expectable for a nearly 200k motor. And I dont think what you did cause the problem, it's not recommended anyways. So if u've been feeling bad about yourself over it since demember, plz dont.

you never rev on a cold-start for oil-pressure related reasons ... and if your already low on oil, you can throw a rod or spin a rod-bearing, which is probably the noise as Camricer pointed out

youll know it when you hear it, it literally sounds like something is knocking on the block when the car is running

btw, my input: you spelled "stupidity" wrong - no further comments

Where's the oil leaking from (I assume it wasn't leaking before)? I'm not sure I'd want diagnose it as rod knock until I knew where the leak is.
