Angry front speakers not working? also exhaust

hey everyone having a big prob here. neither one of my front speakers works anymore. i checked wiring and everything seems fine. anyone have any idea? i just got new sonys to replace some dual's i bought which lasted 2 years, but the front left (drivers) worked for a little bit, then stopped, and passenger side hasnt worked @ all. other ? i got is does anyone know the exhaust diameter? i have an aftermarket exhaust and was going to install it, but i know i need exhaust piping and was just curious if anyone knew the diameter. thanks guys

its an I4; i think the diameter is 2.25" but unsure

I know for a fact it's not 2.25" because my cat-back exhaust is that diameter. I believe it's 1.75" but someone may want to correct me if I'm wrong. I think the V6 is 2".
