What type of Lug Nuts?

Hey guys,

I have a 2000 Camry and just got some 17" factory wheels from a 2009 Camry. I tried to get them put on but the tire shop said that I need a different style of lug nut. Can anybody tell me what type I would need? I never realized that there were different styles of lugs. The most I know already is that I need 12mm x 1.50 size.

I dont think the thread size is different. I think the 'difference' he is talking about is open vs. closed. On the factory allow wheels, the lug nuts were not covered on the top, you could look straight through them.

Do you have factory steel wheels with hubcaps on your car now?

Did your Camry come with steel wheels (with 5 lug, not 4 lug as pictured) and lug nuts similar to these?

You need the Toyota Alloy wheel lug nuts like these. You can find these at the dealer, eBay, etc..

Excellent! Thanks. I just called the tire shop and they want a 100 dollars for 20, wtf!?!? Are these good?
Lug Nuts on Ebay

I see some for around 30 bucks, and some for around 60. What might the difference be?
