Why the hell not ? 2" is nothing I bet U would still be able to tuck in atleast 2 fingers between the tire and camber after 2". If u want to actively control the drop, get coilovers.
let me guess. ur gettign the ksport springs? i just ordered a set today. Theyll look sick on ur car. btw, our cars look almost exactly the same except for the rims and my headlights

On the i4 the ksport springs will give closer to a 2.5-3" drop in the back and 1.5-2" drop in the front leaving it looking pretty uneven. And over time are said to sag badly.
I haven't seen them yet on v6 though.
I would expect to see this kind of drop from them just to let you know:

OP...yes you can go to a 1.8" drop. depending on the dimensions of thoes wheels and tires id prolly leave it at that. sprints and tenzos seem to be the only "ok" quality springs for a drop that low. but i would absolutly suggest getting tokico shocks to go with them!!!
I have 18's with 225/45 Kumhos and H&R sport springs.on KYB GR2 struts. 5mm rear spacers on the back.
Suppose to be a 1.3" drop front and 1.25" rear, Had them about 2 years now.
If I hit a moderate dip in the road the right way, the fronts rub occasionally....The rear, and I guess, and probably due to the spacers, rubbed too, but rolling the rear fenders fixed that!
If going to drop it, don't forget the TRD/RSB, then it handle like its on rails
