I dont want to buy a new car because I am saving up for an used S2000. so i would like to keep this car for a long time till i can get that money but i want the practious in a manual more so i am totally ready for my S2000.
How would i go about doing this?
how much is it going to cost me?
what trany's are compatible for the swap
more questions along the way
thanks

pleanty of special tools and equiptment to do it. the biggest hinderance to most people is the time and resources to do this. parts are pretty easy and cheap to come by.
this is the one thing that would make me truly love my cam forever but i dont quite have the balls to do it. ill prob need to find someone to help me with it who knows what they are doing without paying out of the ass =P

You might want to also weigh out the costs and labour than to just trade your car for a Manual? Manuals are MEANT to be cheaper than Autos, because Autos are classed as a "luxury" (well, it is here in Australia).

Just a suggestion.
That depends on the person really. If you want a faster, sportier, and slightly more fuel efficient manual is the way to go for our cars.
I have a 92 Lexus Es300 with a rare 5 speed (very few of these in the world between 92-93). Same 3vz-fe engine as yours. All 92-93 camry SE V6 and es300 models use the E53 5 speed, not the E153 found in 97-later camry and solara. Its a whole different Lexus from the automatic models and it drives great. Sure u can swap the E153 on your car, you'll notice a big difference. Check my cardomain too see some of my pics.
