Fitment problem with Depo Clear Headlights Gen 3.5

I installed the drivers side headlight last night and and it did not sit straight in the opening. It was sitting at an angle and there was a noticeable gap between the edge of the headlight and the corner light and between the bumper and the bottom of the light. Since I am the original owner and I know that the car has not been hit and the old headlight had perfect alignment, I figured that the black bracket that the lens mounts in must be warped. The Depo bracket is a little flimsy compared with the OEM, so I switched out the bracket and all is back in alighment. It was not too hard to change the parts, but I just wanted to give a heads up on this issuse.

I am sorry, but I don't have access to a cell phone or camera at this time. My wife is on vacation with out me and took all the equipment with her :^( , I still have a job and was afraid to ask off.
Anyway, the driver side headlight was cockeyed, that is how my father would have described it. The passenger side was perfect. When I removed the lens assembly out of the black housing that holds the light assembly in place, I could see that it had a curve in it. I mounted the Depo lens ass to the OEM BH and when I bolted it back in the light was straight and true with the surrounding body parts.

It's aftermarket, not OEM. Fitment issue is expected although it can be fixed by bending the mounting.
Another way is to take out the DEPO lenses and swap into your OEM pair.

If mine are like that, (if they ever arrive)...I'll shipped those suckers back in a instant!

The black Depo's I purchased for Birds Coupe, fit like a glove!
