97 Camry wont start

My wife has a 97 Camry 4 cyl auto. Been a great car. She seldom drives it and today she tried to crank it and nothing. Car has a new battery and she has been known to leave the door ajar and run the battery down so I hooked up jumper cables and her headlights came on. I let the bat charge for a few min and tried to crank, just a couple of clicks from under the hood then nothing. The lights stayed on but nothing else on the car works. No blinker no radio, wiper, nothing except the air bag light is on always. I pulled the fuses to kill the head lights.

100 Amp Alt fuse is toast. Replaced it. Charged and reinstalled battery, Engine turns over but will not fire. Is there a reset?
