Wiring Help w/ Pictures!

I'm still involved in the Cruise Control Saga.

I finally got around to taking apart my passengers side to see what was up with the ECUs. Everything seemed plugged up except 2 male harnesses that I couldnt really find a compatible female harness to pair with.
Now, the ECU's were "Engine Control" and "Speed Control", I'm guessing cruise control is the "Speed Control" ECU, right?

Well, everything was plugged up securely. I have pictures maybe you guys can lead me to the right direction.

Here's the view, pretty self explanatory.

Questions!
10 A fuse, it looked fine, what is it for?
I didn't bother yanking these other things out, what are these for?
Whats that lone harness?

Slightly lower this time, same harness, whats it for?

I also opened up the 'speed control' ecu, everything looked fine, nothing wrong.

I also noticed another harness higher on the right side not connected, whats that for? XLE options?

I also checked out the drivers side foot well, only loose harness i saw was the one next to the circular "diagnostic" device.

Where should I be looking for wires cruise control related?

The medling NYPD stopped by and thought I was robbing my Cam... Where were they when my car was broken into 6x. Sucks having to work on the streets, no garage.

Any insight & help appreciated.

that would be our good friend, relay block #4. its got your 10A a/c fuse, 40A heater fuse, and the heater relay. as for that other plug, i cant tell without seeing its shape or wire colors

by the way, do you know that speed control is cruise control?

so any insight on those harnesses?

do a search for the camry repair manual. it has detailed wiring diagrams with pictures and everything.
