Remove those and carefully lower the glass after you remove the motor and regulator assembly. You should replace the motor and regulator together since the cable or linkage usually is the problem child.

I have a 98 camry, but I'll make a quick guide in case yours is the same:
This is the best pic I had of inside my door, but you can't see everything cause I didn't remove the plastic (this image was from changing my speakers). Click the thumbnail to load their page, then click the image to view it full-size.
1) Follow any of the how-to's on this site on removing your door panel, such as this one:
http://www.toyotanation.com/forum/t145402.html It should then look similar to the picture.
2) Take off the 3 phillips screws circled in GREEN holding on the metal plate, and remove the plate. Some Camry models are different and have a different metal/plastic plate blocking the hole, so yours might differ from mine, and might have more screws.
3) Pull up the plastic cover from the bottom, basically separating everywhere there is black sealant attaching it (the bottom and the sides), but leaving the top intact. The black sealant will re-adhere, but the clear adhesive they used to attach it on top (right below the window) will not. Roll it up from the bottom and tape it in place right below the window opening so it's not hanging down blocking your work.
4) If you can, hold the window in place or have someone hold it in place for you in case it wants to slide down once it's free. Remove the two 10mm bolts circled in YELLOW. This should allow the window to move without use of the motor.
5) The two 10mm bolts holding the window to the regulator are circled in ORANGE, but you can't see one of them through the metal of the door frame. Lower the window until they both are accessible, then hold the window in place there. Remove them, then lift the window up and out of the door so it is out of the way.
6) The motor/regulator is held in place by four 10mm bolts circled in RED (you can't see one through the plastic). Remove these four bolts, making sure you are holding the assembly so it doesn't fall off when the bolts come out. Remove the assembly through the hole that the metal plate from step 2 was blocking.
7) Reverse the process to install your new motor/regulator assembly. Basically, you slide it in, attach the 4 red bolts, slide the window back in, attach it to the regulator with the 2 orange bolts, attach the new regulator's arm with the two yellow bolts, TEST TO MAKE SURE IT WORKS, then re-attach the clear plastic sound-proofing (seal with electrical tape if it won't stick in any place), re-attach the metal plate with the three green screws, and then put the door panel back on.
I would test the window and make sure it's lining up in the track and sealing all the way closed, as well as lowering all the way down before you put the plastic back on. Just plug in the window control unit once you get all the bolts in, and try it out, then remove the control unit and finish re-assembling the door once you are satisfied that it's working.
If you have any questions feel free to ask. This was the best picture I had at the moment, and I can't find my camera to take another one. My passenger door panel IS currently almost off since I'm replacing the panel retainer clips, so it wouldn't take long to take a better pic if you need one, or if I incorrectly circled a bolt (I can't see one of them, nor can I see the hole the front orange bolt will be removed through in my pic, so they might be off slightly).
