Does bad of torn engine/tranny mounts can make the whole car shake?
Double checked the suspension and everything is fine.
The shaking occurs only in motion (when i pass over a bump or concrete road separators). On idle it vibrates just a little.
I can feel the shaking comes from the front end but it can be felt all over the car. When that happens, i can feel it in the gas pedal too.

If the motor mounts are falling apart, it could. Your wheels may need to be balanced. You could have a bent wheel. Does the vibration occur at any speed or only at higher speeds? Does the steering wheel shake or do you just feel it in the seat?

The wheels are balanced. This is the 2nd set of wheels and the 3rd set of tires and the problem persists.
I don't feel it on the steering wheel, i feel it on the seat and on the pedals.
It's like the engine moves with the road irregularities and makes the whole car shakes. It's not vibration, it's like the front end shakes and moves up and down. struts and all suspension parts are almost new.
When the shaking happens, i don't hear any sound, just the shaking.

The engine really won't move that much with the road irregularities. The engine will move most when accelerating and shifting. The motor mounts also help control twist unless the mount is completely blown out. Open up the hood and start the engine. Rev the engine a little and see how much it moves. A little movement is normal. If the engine jumps or moves a lot, your mounts may be bad. Shut off the engine. Leave the hood open and grab the fender near the strut tower. Move the car back and forth. Check to see which direction the engine moves the most. If it moves back towards the firewall a lot, your rear mount is probably bad. If it moves forward a lot, your front mount may be the culprit. Also visually inspect the rubber on the mounts for cracking. The front mount is in front of the radiator. You will need to go under the car to properly check the rear mount. The dog bone is easy to check. Its right next to the RF strut tower. Good luck.

Thanks a lot. The dogbone is cracked and the tranny mount rubber is separated from the plate.
I'll check the front and rear mounts and post back the results.
Could it also be a problem with the steering rack or inner axle?
Someone told me that it can be the flex pipe of the exhaust thats making the shake but i'm a little skeptical.

The engines moves a lot when shifting from P to R or D.
Moving the fender or revng, the engine also moves, back and forward, but not as much as when shifting.
