Question Noticable Difference in Headlights?

Is there a difference large enough to justify the cost in these headlights?

Only if you want the look. That actual light output won't be any higher, maybe even lower.

Try searching, I know this has been covered before.

I honestly would price out a set of PIAA's first as I've always found them to be a cool white/ice blue light, with drastically noticeable increase in light output. Even when compared to Silverstar ultra's, I can get pictures upon request of both as I have a set of ultra's in my GF's Licoln and the PIAA's in my Camry.

I have never been bothered by law enforcement on either side of the boarder with my PIAA's, although they are fairly bright, they are indeed legal in my area. Here's some pics of my Camry from a few months ago when I dug it out of its remains of its winter tomb of snow after the first major thaw on my driveway.

I'll also upload some pics once I have a chance to take them of the Lincoln

Optical illusion...Of those, the only one I'd buy are the XtraVision bulbs since they don't have the light robbing blue coat on the glass.

Actually there isn't a coating on the PIAA's and they are noticeably brighter, as well illuminating the road further when I have the two cars side by side. It all comes down to personal preference anyway, its nice to see so many other options being offered up though

I'd say out of those the silverstars I've had best success with. Always used them for my Jeep light conversion. They are noticably brighter. For my camry I found so far that HIR's are the best I've tried without going HID. I find a lot of the blue cast lights are crap when roads are wet, but not so with the HIR's, but they do give you the halogen colouring though if that's an issue at all.
Only thing you have to watch is you don't have your lights aimed too high or you will annoy other drivers as some think you have hi's on. [they give 75% the output HID's do supposedly, and from using them I'd take them over even the silverstars now]. Where I am the roads have no street lights at night] I found the HIR's the safest as I really don't want to hit a deer or such at night, especially when it's raining. Even with my lights properly pointed, I find they will illuminate anything reflective down the road an incredibly far distance. Easier to notice as the road I take is heavily under construction so there's tons of orange pilons.
