Hey guys, its me again with another quick question lol
So i bought these JDM Black Halo headlights for my car...and the Halo inside is kinda like a bluish color.
So now id like to get an H.I.D. kit, but im torn between wheather I should get 6000K or 8000K? Does anyone have any ideas on which temperature would best match the blue Halo in these JDM lights?
depends how deep of a blue you want. the higher you go, the more purple the light becomes, so and 8k kit will be deeper than a 6k kit... while 4k almost white w/ a blue tinge.

8k is fairly blue. if the halos look the same as the the other halos ive seen with thoes headlights, that will be the best temp to match the halos and still give a descent output.

Well here are two quick pics of my car in my garage just now that i took at lunch time lol ... hope you guys are able to see the Halo's so we can determine which temp is better 6K or 8K!!!
Go with 6000K. That's what's in my '97 Camry right now and if it were any more blue it would look pretty hokey. Judging by your picture 6000K would closely match the blue in those halos.
Alrite thanks a lot all of you guys, I appreciate it ... i'll post up all around pics of my car once i get the Kit installed and label everything i've done so far!
