4th Generation hot weather problem 2001 Camry 5SFE

I have a problem that only shows up in hot weather. When the outside temp gets up to about 90 degrees on a sunny day and I do not start my car until up in the afternoon (about 3:00) then it runs rough for a few seconds and then smooths out. It starts fine after that and also if I start in the mornings. Seems like it has to sit in the hot sun before this happens. If I switch it on and wait a few seconds that seems to help most of the time. I did a search and couldn't find anything. Any suggestions or fixes? Thanks

Where is my cooling temp. sensor? All I can find is a coolant temp sending unit.

Is this different than my coolant temp sending unit?
