I no longer have headlights or highbeams (or nightlights) on my 94 Camry V6. By jumping one of the wires, my mechanic was able to get the nightlights to stay on all the time and the high beam will work if i pull the lever but not if i click it forward to stay on.
I had the switch assembly in the steering column changed but that did not fix the problem.
My mechanic tested all the relays except the "Integrated Relay" and all work fine.
Could this Integrated Relay be the culprit?
PS: Researching this problem, I have noticed that this Integrated Relay may also have something to do with power windows and lock, which is also acting up at times.

Have your mechanic trace the relay. There may be a short somewhere down the line.
Also did you recently change any fuses? If yo udid check to see that you put the right amps

Problem started occuring a while back when all lights (headlights, dashboard, rear nightlights) would go off when I put on my left turn signal but would light back up as soon as the turn signal lever would click back. Over time, I would have to wiggle the lever to get the lights to go ON and eventually, they wouldn't come ON anymore. At the time, my mechanic bypassed the switch so all my nightlights (including headlights) would stay ON no matter what setting my light switch was at. Only problem is that I soon realized that the headlights weren't ON... it was only the daylights that were ON, although all the other nightlights were indeed ON all the time. That's when I decided to change the switch but to my surprise, that did not fix the problem although the initial problem sure seemed to indicate that there was a short of some kind with the turn signal lever.

Have your mechanic take apart the steering wheel and turn signals. It looks like a bad switch inside the turn signal. Everything you just described is all from that one turn signal (lights, dash, rear lights, left signal, right signal) that controls all those things. Have that checked.

As mentioned, I subsequently did replace the whole turn signal unit (which includes the turn signal arm and the wiper arm) but it did not fix the problem.
Relays have been checked except for one... the integrated relay located under the dash. My question is, how likely it would be that one?
I should also make a correction... if I remove the wire connected to the relay that bypasses the headlight switch, I do not get any nightlights (headlights, highbeams, dashboard and rear nightlights). With the wire in place, i get the daytime lights, dashboard and rear nightlights but no headlights or highbeams.
