93 Camry Window Not Moving (Motor Works)

Hey folks,

This is on a 93 Toyota Camry. Passenger's front window.

I've pulled apart the door panel. The motor operates (audible) in both up and down directions. I can see the cable attempting to move with the noise the motor makes. I can move the window up and down manually and it slides without any difficulty. It seems like the motor is not attached to the regulator to push it up/down; as if they were not attached. Can anyone point me in the right direction for further diagnosis or explanation of how this thing works?
