K-Sport Clunk?? I've Searched!

I just installed my K-sport coilovers and am getting a very loud "clacking" noise from the rear end, I thought it was my muffler hitting the frame, but I took it in and it all has plenty of clearance.

Now, I've searched and read many many post/threads on this noise, but have yet to come across someone saying "I solved the clunk". So I am hoping someone can give me some insight on what would fix this? Anyone had this problem and get it fixed?

Thanks

I have a very tight pre-load, and i think this is my problem. The more i have been messing with it and checking evrything out I believe the clunking is the strut having NO force on the rebound, so when it compresses and the spring shoots it back up, you hear the clunck of the strut being fully extended. So I am gonna mess with it tomorrow and "patch" the problem, Hopefully. But It looks like I am gonna need to get a hold of K-sport for a Warranty on the struts.

i am currently having this problem with the clunk and K-Sports Coilovers, but its my end link, and also my TRD RSB. I need to replace them with OEM Toyota Endlinks. Right now I have ebay crap on there and its driving me nutz.

Also if you do figure that its the end links, try twisting them into different angles. So far it has minimized the noise but not completely.

Well I fixed the problem on my setup!!

After pulling everything apart and checking to make sure the strut was no blown, I left the spring un-tensioned and a slight 1/8" gap. I now can drive hitting every bump possible and i am hearing NO noise whatsoever.

I actually have a spare set of K-Sport Springs from my Mazda MX-6 setup, So I will be using the Front 420lb springs from that set as my rears to replace my rear K-Sport 280lb. So that should bring back my tight rear end when i had these 280lb springs tensioned.
