What is behind on maintenance? Spark plugs, spark plug wires, fuel filter, etc... are cheap maintenance items that can disable your car if neglected.
Get a manual and make sure you're up to date on all routine maintenance items.

Start with the "DIY" concerning cleaning the intake. It does wonders.

Bad thermostat... water pump not workin... head gasket gone... not enough coolant...

The shaking can be a bad plug mate. Mine used to have a lil "chugging" noise when my Vienta was firing on only 5 cylinders instead of 6 hahahaha!! Sounded like a V8 weirdly enough :P

Good luck mate..

Hmmm just check one of my plug is bad hence causing the shacking!
Still concern about the temp thro...i run the car and after it reach normal temp....smoke still coming out of the exhaust...could it be the head gasket is giving up soon?

Ok here is an update car is in really bad shape :-(
As i was driving to work this morning, noticed the temp gauge rich the red mark, so i stop and open the bonnet and check the coolant it look fine then i check the engine oil cap....and there is mixture of engine and coolant together (milky colour)!
So bad that i call the mechanic and got a few quotes...look like its not worst fixing as the cost of fixing wont be cheap!

That sucks. With new car incentive out, cars are dirt cheap bro. Sell it for parts and use the cash to get into something that is running for you. You should be able to find a nice yota and talk them down. Check craigslist for dummies that fried the starter or broke a timing belt and get a yota cheap. Or just shop around for one that was cared for.
