3rd & 4th Generation (1992–1996 & 1997–2001)Toyota Camry Discussion for years: 1992-1996 & 1997-2001
Topics of discussion range from fuel economy, safety, modifications, performance all involving America's favorite family car, the Toyota Camry.
So I just got my new parts from Australia! I picked up headlights for 25 a piece, the tail lights for 8 a piece and the Vienta panel was 35, and the grill for 1 dollar! The headlights are glass and have the Hella logo on the lens. They are H4/H1 bulbs, so I am need to do some rewiring, anyone know where I can find that info? The grill looks great with the white surround painted. I know that the rear panel isnt Japanese, but I thought it would be original to have something else. I like the panel design overall, so even if the Vienta lettering comes off, it still looks pretty cool!

Well, I got the tails and center on the car, but it is too dark to take pics. I will have to wait till tomorrow. My old US center panel and lights were old and chipped and cracked, so this makes it look so much better!!

The guy in AU shipped everything in 2 boxes, and there was some weight to them both and they were not small either. Shipping was $135 for everything. He shipped last thursday(in AU) and wednesday(in US) and I just got them today. So less than a week ship time. I am sure that you could find a slower cheaper way to get it here. So 100 in parts and 135 shipping. So 235 for some fun non-US parts!!

How did you locate those? I have been trying to find those parts for some time now with no luck.

Thanks for the information!...all I wanted was the Center Panel, and was discussing with one of our Aussie members, and it was going to be like 600 bucks plus shipping.
Again congrats on a excellent deal and find!...can't wait to see those pics!

600!! Thats not right. Just keep your eyes on Ebay AU and you will find one. They come up every now and again. The one I got is is fantastic shape fortunately. If I bought that item alone it would have been 35 for the part and about 40 or 50 for shipping at most. Well under that 600 dollar mark! He must have been talking about a new one from the dealer at that price. I saw a pic of the rear of a done up Aussie camry and saw the panel and said to myself, I want that one!!

In our Australian Camry Forum (Auscam) we always harass Adam (ASG14) to get parts for us :P Never woulda had bonnet mat/protector thing, transmission torque rod, etc etc if it weren't for him.
If you need help sourcing AUDM parts at all, PM me or ask us on our forums... we're more than happy to help out our American brothers
^^Great!! I have been eyeing some folding mirrors for the future! I also love the front bumper that you all have. Its sort of a cross between the Gen 3(92-94) and the Gen 3.5(95-96). I think the cost of shipping would hurt the wallet a bit! Maybe when I go on cruise, I can pick one up when we hit port!
