I am a little upset with my 1998 Camry V6...

....the car has been giving me knocking sounds from under the hood area. I took it to a mechanic and he told me that the car has a broken Sway Bar Link....replaced that costing 100 bucks labor included....
Next thing I did is replace all four tires with 205/65/R15 Kumho Ecsta ASX. The cost for having them shipped from TireRack and mounted + balanced came to $290
Replaced the fuel filter $25 for parts + $30 for labor
I also had the alignment checked and fixed to the proper specifications, costing $15 However, I get a very slight pull to the right. The car was pulling to the right very hard prior to the tire replacement (older tires were Goodyear Viva 2 from Wally World....DONT buy them..complete crap). Anyhow, new tires and an alignment later, I still get a very slight pull.
The mechanic gave me a printout of the alignment:
Front: Left Front: Right
Actual Before Actual Before
-0.4 -0.5 <- Camber-> -0.5 -0.4
0.02 0.09 <- Toe-> -0.02 -0.31
Rear: Left Rear: Right
Actual Before Actual Before
-0.2 -0.3 <-Camber-> -0.2 -0.1
0.12 0.09 <-Toe-> 0.38 0.36
Mechanic diagnosed that the rear shocks need replacement which btw I agree with because I hear the knocking sound from the back whenever I go over a bump or uneven pavement. So, my question, could the reason for the VERY slight pull to the right be problem with old shocks? (the shocks have not been replaced since the car was purchased in 1998 by the original owner) or is this an issue with alignment? Any input will be appreciated
The car has 193337 miles as of this post
