3rd Generation a few 1996 camry questions

I just got a new (to me) 1996 camry. It has 57,000 ORIGINAL miles on it. I was owned by an old lady who drove it to church and the grocery store...literally. Got it for $2000, its a steal. Anyways, its a pretty decent car but there are a few problems.

First off, no cups fit in the cup holder. I am sure you guys have the problem too, what did you do about it?

2nd, I have a decent sound system in it and the headlights dim just a tad. I want to do the big 3 upgrade. Who here has done it? any pics or writeups of my specific model?

3rd, where is the obd2 plug? I havent really looked for it but didnt see it anywhere obvious.

I think that's about all the questions I have for now, everything else is straight forward. This place has been a great resource for me!!
