2000 Camry, Help with water on floor

I just got back from a long trip with my 2000 camry 4cyl. It was very hot,the air was running for several hundred miles, no rain the whole weekend. Near the end of the trip I noticed about an inch of what appeared to be water on the drivers side rear floor. The carpet is wet on both sides front and back, but more on the drivers side. It appears dry near the gas and brake pedals. I assume this must be from the air conditioner. I cannot see any dripping. Any help on where to look would be appreciated. Also, what is the best way to check and clean the air conditioner condesation tube. Is it done under the dash? I have heard of blowing it out with compressed air from underneath the car. I am not sure the condensation tube is the problem. Thanks

The tube runs stright down fromt he dash into the floor pan. It's between the PAss and drivers foot wells where the shifter cable runs.

Sometimes crap can get into the tube which will cause it to plug up. You'll need to lift up the carpet (of course), along with everything over the carpet. There are pieces to the dash you have to take off to get the carpet out, but not the main dash. Let me know if you want me to make a quick DIY for you.
