I cant really tell from the video, but it could possibly be valve chatter, but that wouldent be as much of a knock sound. It could also be pre detonation/ your engines carboned up.

The engine is misfiring in cylinder 2 as a random misfire and were having a insufficient flow for the egr valve however we had just seafoamed the car a couple of weeks ago so i dont think it would be carbon.

Well the random misfire might be the seafoam fouling up on of the plugs.

But yeah, it sounds like rod knock or a valve. Take a stethoscope ( broomstick) and put it around the area you hear the knocking and see if that helps you find if its coming for the top or bottom of the engine.

If it is rod knock, time for a new engine/car. Ive hear about people adding marvel and stuff to their oil to help it, but even if it does quiet down itll technically still be loose.

How well has the engine been maintained, the 5s-fe is not known for just randomly eating a bearing. Usually something has been neglected for a catastrophic engine failure to occur.

Take that valve cover off and get some pics posted up.

How old are your coils, plugs and wires?
I had a similar sound in a 1999 Town Car and I replaced the coil and it ran GREAT!

It doesnt hesitate while driving does it? Bog Down? Do anything odd?

ORRRRRR it could be a fuel injector going crazy.

If none of those Im guessing its rod knock

the 5sfe is not indestructable ive blown 2 ...the rod bolts streatch out (week) then the bearings start to move then they wear out and thats the noise fix it asap get new bearings and rod bolts it should be a reasonable fix but hey the car has what 180k? if its running alright otherwise i could be a 300$ fix
