4th Generation 1999 Camry keyless entry install wires

I am installing a keyless entry on a 1999 camry and the wiring charts I have found say the lock / unlock wires are blue/white and blue on the orange plug under the fusebox. I found the orange plug but the blue wire is a thinner gauge than the blue/white wire and nether of them will go to 0 or 12v with the locking of the door though the key, so I suspect these are not the lock unlock wires I am looking for. Can anyone lead me to the right wires, or tell me a different way to test for them?

Thanks

I found it using a test light. There is actually two blue with white wires on the orange connector on the 99 Camry and the one I needed was the smaller one.
