2001 Camry 3rd Brake Light

My third brake light on my 2001 camry is out. The light is good and the spoiler light good too. The fuse is good and getting power to it from the battery but the power is not showing up in the third brake light. Where is the relay? Where does the wire travel from the fuse to the rear window?

Did you just buy the car and get it this way? If there's a spoiler, it may have been purposefully deactivated since the light on the spoiler makes the inside light a bit pointless.

You don't have to worry about the relay or fuse for the brake lights since there's only one for all the brake lights, if it was broken then none of the lights would work.
The wire for the 3rd upper brake light runs under the rear deck cover and is in line with all the other brake lights wires that go to the "bulb out" sensor, located on the driver side inside the trunk behind the cover clipped onto the pillar. And there is only one fuse for all the brake lights.

Double check the bulb and the connection.
Check with a voltmeter for power from the connector while the brake pedal is pushed. If there is no power then you'll have to remove the rear deck to be able to trace the wire and find where it's disconnected.
