Do you hear any squeeling noise when turning? I.E., a belt squeel.

I'm leaning towards the problem being the pump. BUT, that does not mean the pump itself is bad. The pump is belt driven, just liek your alternator. So if the belt is old and worn out, or loose, or even oil all over it, it can slip and not turn the pump.

^ Good chance it;s from the rack (VERY commong on our cars). Do you see ANY dripps on your driveway when you park? If so, before you move the car, see EXACTLY where the drip is, and look up and see if you can pinpoint the area where it is liek that.
