I saw that yesterday. It's quite a bit of money for that kit, plus it's used, for that kind of $ you could go with header-back exhaust, new intake, full tune-up, and a small bit of nitrous and still have half that money let over plus have the same power. I'm not knocking another that has the TRD S/C, but that's more of a novelty at that $2500 price tag. Plus it's probably still not complete.
i see your point...but. a full exhaust with the V6 will net about 15hp. as for nitrous, nitrous is caffein for cars, once the bottle is empty your commin down off your high. the SC would be a MUCH better "investment"(especially on the manual) then the exhaust and nitrous since its more power then the 2 combined(depnding on No2 shot)...and thoes 2 can be added for even more win.
that is a little high for the price but most kits sell around 1800-2500 and ease of install and use is worth its weight in gold. theres also no reserve, so id be willing to bet it doesnt sell for 2600. and thats a complete set there.

Just my $.02.
This is really not a fair comparison for the potential of the sc vs the potential of nitrous. That price is actually pretty good, considering they often go for around $3k. I can see what youre saying, but intake/exhaust/tune won't net much power at all on the 1mz.
Ah yes... TRD Aurions... not sure if Dave is on here, his name is "SupaTouring".
Went for a spin in one of those... *drools*. You don't have the mechanical type of noise come out of the bonnet, but more of a "howling wind" effect, makes me smile :P hehehe
Yes, we have TRD Aurions, but not many TRD Superchargers for the Camrys.
