if your lookin for as cheap as possible then dont get them youll waste your money. the cheap ones are just that. however, ebay is the place to find them. and youll want either 4300K or 6000K.
^ As cheap as possible would be ebay, but the quality of the kits is questionable. I recently purchased a kit form crucial racing systems which I like. If you want the closest to those looks you are claiming, you are on the market for either 4300K or 5000K type lamps. I wouldn't go for the 6000K kit cause I don't like the bluish tinge it has to it, but that is personal taste. Your best light output is at 4300K, not that dramatically different at 5000K, but once you pass 6000K, your light output starts to drop pretty significantly and quickly, so good choice on the temperature My only question to you is are you running the frosty lenses on your car? If so, your light output might be all over the place and blind the heck out of oncoming drivers. Make sure you properly test them after you install it. I made sure to convert to depo's when I installed HID's but I don't believe they offer depo's for your car...

Right. I don't mind paying for a quality product, just also looking for best bang for the buck. Not sure what you mean by frosty lenses? I have the stock headlights. Its a 98 camry. Are these easy to install, just plug and play? thanks for the help...

It is a plug and play kit, but I would recomend getting an HID relay kit to protect your car's electrical system, also, you'll need some JB weld epoxy. It's high temp and waterproof. It'll help in fastening the ballasts unless you wanna tap some screws somewhere in your engine bay.As for the lenses, do they have some kind of texture to them, or are they clear?

^ yes, they are good lights and we get a discount. their thread is in the forsale section. ive owned 2 sets and they are pretty damn good.
We don't get a discount right now, they just have a big sale.
For a 98 camry (what i have) you'll be spending about $111.00 for the kit. (and you'll need the H4 H/L bulbs.)
I just got mine in the mail a couple days ago

Ive got a 6000K kit in my 99 camry but the new cars come with 4300k from factory, their clear white up close but if i remember u have to disconnect your DRL's for the HID's because the car feeds only 1/2 voltage to the regular light to run them as DRL's and fi you dont disconnect your DRL's you will eventually burn the ballast and your lights will cut off during the day UNLESS u alway turn your car on to night time lights ALL the time

oh well assuming that the front of the engine compartments are the same from 98 to 99, you can mount the driver side ballast under the battery(i believe there was space to bolt it in) and the passenger side towards the wheel well i believe we also found a spot to bolt it in and yes HID's are generally plug and play
not yet.
Haven't had time/not sure how or where I'm supposed to mount the transformers (That's what they are?)
I'm hoping that a friend will help me just because I'm paranoid about doing things on my car, so afraid to mess something up.
When ever i do something for the first time on a car, i like to have someone telling me what to do step by step.
