3rd Generation 95 V6 exhaust system question?

I was wondering if anyone has replaced their entire exhaust system straight from the engine to the rear of the car? I want to just have the exhaust pro in my town redo it all however he thinks is best and ill supply the muffler. Does anyone know how much this would cost me? Just a price range, and what i should maybe buy myself to let him weld and put on my 95 camry V6 xle.

Thanks in advance for the suggestions and advice.

if your NA i can tell ya the only things ya really want to chance that will make a differance is the Y-pipe and delete or get a high flow cat. if you built a cat back too then keep it at 2.5" max. round here that would cost about 700 to a grand for a full exhaust.

I just in the past few weeks ordered a new front exhaust pipe ($334) because the whole thing was rotted out near the flex pipe so I decided to just buy a new one instead of messing around with the crapy one i had. This is the part I bought, a nice new magnaflow high-flow cat.

This is the real life picture of the crapy piece I took out (after cheap repair)

Then this is both the old one and the new one

After I installed the new pipe my car now has so much more power (from no more big hole) and its now real quiet. Im very happy wit the results

that one is a little bit better, its that bend and crimps in the tubing that cause the poor flow. that one there has no crimps in the tubing but for the best result you want a Y style collector and wider tubing.

now is that oen installed on there a HFC? or are ya replacing it with one? only ask because thoes magnaflow setups rea OEM spec and they dont use HFCs on their other ones as far as ive seen so far.

The part that i bought is here ----> http://www..com/sku/Toyota/Camry/Magnaflow/Catalytic_Converter/19951996/M6623892.html?tlc=Engine+%26+Drivetrain

Another cheaper one is here ---> http://www..com/sku/Toyota/Camry/Eastern/Catalytic_Converter/19941996/EAST40264.html?tlc=Engine+%26+Drivetrain

Also you need to buy 2 front gaskets + 1 middle gasket

And when i bought mine I googled some codes for a discount and found a few that worked. I'd use "APW06" which is good for $25 discount on orders $250 and above. another thing to try is going on www.rockauto.com and searching for it on there you might find it there too.

Hey, sorry for re-spawning an old thread, do you remember - was the diameter of hole at cat the same as in your old OEM pipe?

OP, please, have a look into my topic: http://www.toyotanation.com/forum/sh....php?p=3278859
How did you install the magnaflow? Did you replace the center pipe with resonator and muffler as well? Did you weld anything?
