Reverse glow gauge... desperately need help

i recently bought a reverse glow indiglo gauge. then i got installed it properly and slowly. and wen i start my car the speedo says 40 and the rpm is at 4, i know its something with the needle but i have tried to line things up perfectly etc and i just dont get what im doing wrong. can anyone help me on this situation. i have no idea why it is acting up. please help if u can

make sure the glow gauges are perfectly seated away from the needle. The needle is probably sticking to the glow gauge so used double-sided tape to make sure the glow gauge is perfectly seated. I had the same problem with my speedo.

idk how its sticking to the glo gauge if when its all apart everything moves fine and there is no interferance... so frustrating

step 2? where to run power?

update! all gauges work i took the needles off... bad idea. but put the faceplate plugged in without plastic part, and set it to the right when i varified speed and rpms and gas etc. NEXT STEP.

Does anyone have suggestions on where to run the power to for the reverse indiglo lighting??? get back to me if you can asap id appreciate it

Run them to the inline fuse for wither the parking lights or the dash bulbs.
