My Emergency light is off

Hi,

Does your emergency light still working ?

With my 94-Camry-4cyl, it's funny that's my dashboard light (letters P,N,D,L) are working but my emergency light (see photo) does not light up. What is the odd it is the bulb or the fuse ?

The "green ring" around the key-hole works, but I often wish it light up a little longer (my garage space is totally dark). Why does the ring-light goes off ? Is it the same for your car ?

The green ventilation-mode lights (up, down, mirror, etc) do work.

The heat level light is very weak. Do I miss something ? The clock light ?

Now, all in all, what bulbs should I buy (I prefer not to drive with things opened-up and hanging).

What would you do (while you have the opened up dashboard and you know you will never open it up again) ? Some lighting for the foot-rest area ? A stereo-jack output for the radio ?
