hey guys i recently bought some front and rear led bulbs for my 97 camry. well i ordered the rear first and had them for a couple of weeks and had the hyper flash but when i got the front led turn signal bulbs turns out front and rear led turn signals doesnt go well with the stock flasher module and so it didnt work so i know v-leds has led flasher modules you can buy but can anyone help me out on which one i need to get???
superbrightleds.com has flasher relays and this is a link to the main page, close to the bottom, the "More info" link will take you to a list that can to help you find which one you need. You can find out which socket layout it is and match it to one on v-leds.com or just buy it from them.
mine matches the japanese and thats the one i ordered... so either i got a falty on or i have a german flasher module which i wouldnt think i would have unless i read the lettering wrong on mine

It looks like the B & E leads are just swapped, heat-flashers usually work backwards, but semiconductors usually don't... Depending on how the flasher's assembled and potted, you may try cracking it open and swapping (de-solder/re-solder) those two leads, but it will definitely void your warranty/return policy.
...that's pretty odd, I haven't tried to get an LED flasher module for my car yet so I don't have any input on what could be the problem.
But if you want to try what NateTheBookie is suggesting by swapping the B and E leads, use some wires with with male and female connectors to extend the leads so you can plug it in swapped.
...to be a bit more clear, get 3 wires with a male and a female connector on each end. Make them long enough so that you can easily plug it into the car socket and into the new relay. But swap the wires so that the B and E wires from the car socket to the relay.
...I think that makes sense, I can picture it in my mind, putting it into words looks confusing.
i think i see what your saying but im talkin with v-leds to see what they will do for me... im tryin to see if they will let me ship back the japanese and try to see if the european version will work

My Camry (also a 97) have that adapter piece too. Its purpose is to adapt a "JSO" flasher to "ISO" pinout that the car needs.
You need the CF13GL-02 flasher. I have one for my piggy and they share the same flasher type.
